SWIMSUIT was opened by Tait Burge and William Bridewell-Roberts on the edge of Te Aro Park at 38 Dixon street, Wellington in February 2019. Swimsuit was born out of a desire to bring something new to the Wellington coffee scene, something not intimidating or pretentious. From the start, they've lived by the idea that 'it's a vibe', creating a welcoming space where their community feels cared for, and with hospitality always at the forefront. Behind the scenes they put all their experience into making beautiful, high-quality products in a way that is approachable and genuine. Since then, they've opened three more stores; and they can't wait for what's next.
